Cookie policy.

Effective and last updated: July 27, 2026

Cookies and similar technologies — localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels — that we or our partners place on your device when you use fraiwy.com, and the control you have over them. Nothing non-essential runs until you say yes.

1. What this covers

Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in Lithuania, we may only store or read anything on your device with your prior consent, except where it is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for. This page lists everything we store, by category, generated from the same registry our consent banner runs on.

2. Your control

  • The first time you visit, you get a banner with two equally prominent buttons — Accept all and Reject all — plus Customise. Rejecting is one click, exactly like accepting. Nothing non-essential runs until you choose.
  • Change your mind whenever you like from Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
  • We re-ask every 12 months.
  • We honour Global Privacy Control browser signals: if your browser sends one, we treat it as a rejection of all non-essential categories automatically — you will see that reflected in Cookie settings.
  • We do not use a cookie wall — refusing does not block access to Fraiwy. No scroll-as-consent, no “continuing means you agree”.

3. Strictly necessary — no consent required

These make the site work. Turning them off would break sign-in, checkout or your consent choices themselves.

Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout and billing-portal pages (fraud prevention); those pages are hosted by Stripe and covered by Stripe’s policy.

We also use your browser's localStorage for product state — unsent drafts, library folders and favourites, onboarding progress, upload history. That data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

4. Functional — consent required

The in-app support messenger (Intercom) sets cookies so your support conversation stays attached to your browser. It loads only if you consent to the functional category. If you refuse, the chat bubble simply doesn’t appear — you can always reach us at contact@fraiwy.com or the contact form instead.

5. Analytics — cookieless

Our product analytics (Plausible) and performance monitoring (Vercel Speed Insights) are cookieless — they set nothing in your browser and collect no cross-site identifiers. Error tracking (Sentry) also sets no cookies.

Because these tools store nothing on your device and build no cross-site profile, they run without consent. If we ever add cookie-based analytics, it becomes a consented category in the banner before anything is set.

6. Marketing — none

We currently run no marketing or advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no cross-site identifiers. If that changes, we will update this page and re-request consent before setting any.

7. Questions

Write to contact@fraiwy.com. The full list of processors behind these tools is on the Subprocessors page.
